Jetstar Celebrates 70% Boost to its Singapore-Manila Low Fare Services

Low fares leader Jetstar is celebrating news it will add an additional seven weekly services between
Singapore and Manila by July with a special sale featuring JetSaver Light fares from USD49, one way all
inclusive of fees and taxes available at Jetstar.com.
Jetstar currently flies 10 times weekly directly between Singapore and Manila, with an initial four additional
weekly services from 1 June 2010 and three additional services online from 7 July 2010 creating a total of 17
weekly return flights.
This new capacity follows the introduction of three new services in October last year on the route and
represents more than doubling of Jetstar's over flights and capacity between Singapore and Manila over the
last 12 months.
As part of the sale, Jetstar is offering special one-way JetSaver Light fares between Singapore and Manila
of USD49, all inclusive of surcharges, fees and taxes at Jetstar.com.
The sale will commence at 12.00 on 14 April 2010 until 23.59 on 19 April 2010. Sale fares will be for travel
between 30 June 2010 and 25 August 2010 and 15 September 2010 and 30 October 2010. Fares subject to

Jetstar Asia / Valuair Chief Executive Officer Ms Chong Phit Lian said there was a strong appetite for low
fares on the Singapore-Manila route.
"Manila is continuing to show good potential for growth even after we added three additional services just
last October," Ms Chong said.
"Our low fares offering, such as this sale of $49 all in, one way, continues to be a strong attraction for the
business and corporate market along with the visiting friends and relatives market on this busy route.
"By Jetstar boosting frequency of our existing services, creating more robust schedules for our existing
along with our Qantas interline passengers is a key driver of our broader Pan Asian distribution growth
strategy," Ms Chong said.
All Singapore-Manila services by Jetstar operate from Singapore Changi International Airport Terminal 1 to
Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

all surcharges, fees and taxes at Jetstar.com or via Jetstar's 24/7 Telephone Reservation Centre 800 616

All Jetstar services between Singapore and Manila are covered by Jetstar's Price Beat Guarantee. If a
customer can find a lower fare with another carrier on the same route, same day at a comparable time, Jetstar
will beat that fare by 10 per cent.
