Hotelex Shanghai 2010 expects 850 exhibitors on more than 60,000 sqm of exhibition area. More than
50,000 domestic & international trade visitors are expected to visit the show over the four days.
Hotelex -- More International Presence
Currently, more than 20 countries and regions including the U.S., Italy, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Japan,
Korea and Turkey, etc., have confirmed their participation in Hotelex -- SIRMAN, ENODIS, ORVED, ANGELO
PO, RAK, FETCO WEGA, LAVAZZA, ILLY,MONIN, DAVINCI, MALONGO, PRECOR, WMF and KABA, etc.
Taiwan and Ethiopia will attend as a newly joined pavilion. Hotelex will welcome an Italian group participation
by PROMOS including the Italy Pizza Consortium who will present famous Italian Pizza and Pizza making
techniques.
Food & Beverage is Setting New Records
Within the food & beverage hall the largest Coffee & Tea section in China, in hall E3, will await all Hotelex
visitors with more than 100 exhibitors from famous coffee & tea brands. In addition several other fine foods
will await the professional trade buyers for new tasting experience and to introduce new food & beverage
products to the Chinese market. The Food & Beverage show at Hotelex 2010 will set new records on more
than 15,000 sqm of exhibition space and it is now considered as a major food & beverage event in Asia.

coffee competition at the 8th China Barista Championship - Final, Forum on China Hotel Project Rebuilding,
